5 out of 5 starsVery nice thick and solid Hagal rune pendant. Hagal is the protective mother rune and the 7th rune of the original Odinic (or Armanen) futhark, the 18 runes mentioned by Odin/Wotan in the Havamal. "A seventh I know, if I see a hall high over the bench mates blazing - flame it never so fiercely, I can still save it - I know how to sing that song." The pendant has great texture and decent weight for its size, it's a bit sharp on the corners but then again this thing is a serious magickal pendant, not for kids. It's rare to find handmade Armanen pendants these days, so big props to Dwarven Morning for honoring the Allfather's gifts to man in this way. Beware the Scandinavian cow leather necklace option is THICK. Maybe too thick for such small pendants, but it can easily be untied, removed and replaced with something thinner.

5 out of 5 starsA very finely carved and detailed controversial pendant of PURE silver, no alloys. Surtr or Surtur is often misunderstood in modern Heathenry. The notion that he is an evil giant with flaming sword out to ruin the universe is a late Icelandic invention with Christian overtones. Initially Surtur was to Germanic peoples the original time god of creation, destruction, and re-creation, who created the primal energies of the 9 worlds, Ymir, Audhumla, and thus gods, giants and all creatures. S'ur-t'ur esoterically means "from the UR (source energy) back to the UR". Outwardly the name also means "the hidden/dark one" (not the "black one"), referring to the fact that Surtur is essentially a cyclical superforce beyond fair and foul, unknowable to our plane of existence yet essential to it (compare to the Roman Saturn or Persian Zurvan).

5 out of 5 starsTL at DwarvenMorning ROCKS. TL was able to work on a personal piece that he designed from a drawing I sent him, tailoring it to the specific details and dimensions I envisioned. His relentless dedication, compassion, and attention to detail for his work have impressed me, as I am 100% satisfied with the art he created and memories these pieces will bring. Thank you TL.

5 out of 5 starsTom is a very chill, easy going guy. We messaged a little before I placed an order to make sure what I wanted was possible, and when it would be done by. He promptly responded, and it arrived at my door two days later! I couldn't be happier! Definitely recommending this shop to any heathen I come across!
